Box One Single-Speed Chromoly Cogs are CNC-machined from long-wearing CNC-machined chrome-molybdenum. It's designed to fit Shimano™ compatible cassette hubs and has a 5mm wide inner base, giving a more solid interface with the cassette body. Tested extensively by the Dutch National BMX Team, Damien Godet, Kory Cook, and numerous other elite racers, Box Two™ Freewheels combine durability with lightning-fast engagement. They feature nine, super durable pawls and are available in one of three choices -- 16, 17, or 18 teeth. To install, use the Park Tools™ FR-6 or other installation tool designed for single-speed freewheels with four notches that are approximately 32mm across measured inside to inside and 40mm outside to outside. Simplify your drivetrain with SRAM's XG-1195 11-Speed X-Glide Cassette. It has a monstrous 10-42 tooth spread that gives SRAM's 1x11 drivetrain pretty much the same gearing as 2- and 3-ring setups, with less weight, parts, and complexity. Yes, you can still spin up your hardest climbs. A key thing to note, is that even with the huge range, there are no huge jumps or dips in the gearing, so your cadence and pedaling stay consistent as you move up and down the entire cassette.
